  • Naturopathic Medicine: Naturopathic medicine is a licensed primary health care profession which emphasizes the prevention and treatment of disease, maintenance of optimal health, and promotion of the individual's inherent self-healing process.
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture: Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is comprised of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, massage, exercise and nutritional therapy. The goal of TCM is to guide the body back into balance. It treats the whole person (mind, body, spirit), as well as the person's main health concerns.
  • Diagnostic Laboratory Testing: Laboratory testing may be necessary in order to identify suspected or hidden causes of health problems. Our clinic works with a number of clinical laboratories to provide a wide range of tests to meet you specific needs and goals. We offer standard lab tests as well as specialty functional medicine tests.
  • GYN Exams and Paps: Our annual GYN exam is a focused visit to review your GYN history and a review of risk factors for heart disease, osteoporosis, breast cancer and menopause (if appropriate). It includes a physical exam, breast exam and pelvic exam, as well as a collection of a sample for a Pap smear if needed. Please see our section on Women's Health.
  • Vitamin Injections: B12 and a blend of other nutrients, customized for you.
  • Nutrient IV Therapy: Nutrient IVs help support optimal health by delivering vitamins and minerals directly to our cells where they can have the most benefit.
  • Biopuncture: Biopuncture is a safe and efficient technique whereby natural biological solutions are injected under the skin or into muscle tissue to help stimulate the natural self-healing capacities of your body and reduce pain and inflammation.
  • Cupping and Moxibustion: Cupping is a natural treatment method in which suction cups are applied to various points on the body.
  • Ear Lavage: Ear lavage (irrigation) is a routine procedure used to remove excess earwax, also known as cerumen, from the ear canal. Ear irrigation is a safe way to minimize complications due to earwax buildup.
  • Cranial Sacral Therapy CST is a form of manual therapy. It was developed in the early 1900’s by osteopathic physicians. The body is covered in tissue known as fascia. This fascia interconnects all other forms of tissues in the body and contains nerves and blood vessels. When restrictions and adhesions develop in the fascia, the body’s ability to heal is decreased. CST focuses on subtle movement of the fascia, cranial bones, and joints. It is a very light touch. Patients often feel relaxed and calm during and after treatment. Some of the conditions CST can help with are chronic pain, headaches, TMJ, tinnitus, vertigo, autism, ADD/ADHD, sinus infections, pain caused by braces, and more.
  • Naturopathic Bodywork One aspect of a Naturopathic Doctor's training is in-depth study of the skeletal structure and soft tissues, including orthopedic assessment to diagnose and treat strains, sprains, muscle tension and other injuries. Methods of treatment include massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization, as well as making appropriate referrals for further evaluation and treatment.
  • AcuQuit Smoking Cessation: A specific program using individualized acupuncture therapy to help you meet your goal to stop smoking.
